Metal. Car. is a Turin-based metalworks company with over 30 years of experience in Piedmont. Our extensive experience, combined with a meticulous attention to detail and a vast array of high-tech machinery, allow us to serve a wide range of applications: from light and heavy carpentry to street furniture, from interior design to nautical accessories.
Our creations begin directly with raw materials: sheets of steel, iron, aluminum, and other certified metals. The initial stages of the process are carried out using modern CNC machines, while the artisanal touch of Metal. Car.'s specialized workers gradually comes into play as the metalwork processes progress.

From the beginning to today
It was the 1987 when the first steps in the world of metal carpentry began to be taken.
It all began in a small workshop, with many ideas and a genuine passion for ironworking.
Day after day, through dedication and sacrifice, the quality of its workmanship and attention to detail allowed the company to stand out, gradually gaining the trust of important local customers.
Natural growth, driven by humility and precision, led year after year to the expansion of the facilities and staff, transforming that small workshop into a solid company, ready to face new challenges.
Il 1992 marked the decisive year and sanctioned the official birth of Metal.Car.
It became necessary to expand the space and the small workshop was transformed into a large warehouse in Corso Rosselli.
New machinery was introduced, always keeping the quality of the product at the centre Made in Italy, the careful choice of materials and attention to detail.
The business thus opened up not only to the national market, but also to the international one.
Metal.Car created shops and retail corners all over the world, from Korea to the Champs-Élysées, to major gate projects in Saudi Arabia.
The name began to travel beyond borders, bringing with it the excellence of the workmanship.
The space in Corso Rosselli was no longer sufficient and the company took the decisive step of moving to a new warehouse of over 1.500 m².
The company's image changed with the creation of functional offices, a showroom, and areas dedicated to loading and unloading goods.
These were years of significant growth, during which the machine park expanded and production began to become serial.
In 2022 was born the VernDesign srl, the industrial painting department.
This was a strategic investment that allowed Metal.Car to complete the entire production cycle in-house, offering a comprehensive product and managing every stage of the process.
The quality of the materials, the careful finishing and the direct control of every detail became concrete values.
The company thus achieved full autonomy and also opened up to third-party manufacturing.
VernDesign srl has established itself as an efficient and well-structured company, operating throughout the country.
Il 2024 represented the year in which Metal.Car. chose to invest in the future.
As production grew, the company embarked on an increasingly sustainable path, reducing its environmental impact and aiming for energy autonomy.
They were installed 600 photovoltaic panels, which allowed excess energy to be recovered and fed back into the grid, making a concrete contribution to a sustainable production model.
Today Metal.Car. presents itself as a solid company, with over 30 years of experience in metalworking and a constant eye on the future.
Rooted in its origins, it continues to innovate by focusing on quality, Made in Italy excellence, and attention to detail.
Tradition and innovation meet in every project, making Metal.Car a benchmark in the industry, both nationally and internationally.
The company today develops over 4.000 m², comprising two warehouses dedicated to production and two for the storage of materials.
Certifications
Metal.Car. has obtained important international certifications for steel and aluminum structural components: EN ISO 1090 for business quality, EN ISO 3834 for the welding process and ISO 9001 for the quality management system, to guarantee reliability and competence at every stage of production.

Always attentive to the environment
Metal.Car. has always been committed to environmental sustainability, and in the use of renewable energy to reduce the impact of its production activities. The company uses 100% green energy along the entire supply chain and aims to achieve the total energy self-sufficiency by 2026.
Already in 2018, they were installed 600 solar panels on the roofs of the factories and, thanks to a path of continuous innovation, Metal.Car. will be progressively able to recover and reintroduce excess energy into the grid, actively contributing to a more sustainable future.
