Metal.Car aims to offer a complete and competitive service in medium-light metal carpentry, with a 360° approach : from design to 2D laser cutting , laser cutting of tubes and profiles , TIG and MIG/MAG welding , calendering , tube and profile bending , sheet metal bending , satin finishing and polishing , up to powder coating.

To ensure consistent results that meet customer requirements, we have undertaken a structured certification process for our production control systems , with the aim of ensuring the quality, traceability, and reliability of manufactured and assembled components.

Certifications and reference standards

Metal.Car has obtained certification for steel and aluminum structural components , according to the following standards:

• EN 1090 – Factory Production Control (FPC) for structural components

• ISO 3834 – Quality requirements for the welding process

• ISO 9001 – Quality Management System
