Carpentry work: arched car deterrent
The bow is created in a few simple steps, starting from a stainless steel tube:
- Tube Laser Cutting: the tubes are cut to the required length
- Pipe bending: A precise bending angle is permanently imprinted using a modern CNC tube bending machine.
- Grinding: the edges of the cut are refined
- Basic welding: At the two ends of the arched bollard, two steel discs are welded for installation.
Installation
The installation of the arched parking deterrents is easy to perform.deterrent arch it must be:
- Cemented to the ground: two holes of approximately 60 mm width are drilled in the ground and, once the deterrent has been inserted, the excess space is filled.
- Bolted: the two metal discs at the base of the arch have 3 holes with a diameter of 12 mm which can also be used to anchor the bollard to the ground.
