Industrial powder coating plant

Our powder coating plant is equipped with a waste recovery and filtration system that prevents particles from being released into the air. This technology ensures a safe and clean working environment for our operators and minimizes polluting emissions.

Solar powered laser cutting

Our laser cutting machines are powered by photovoltaic panels installed on the factory roof, allowing us to use clean, renewable energy. This reduces CO₂ emissions and contributes to a more sustainable production model.

Materials and finishes

At Metal.Car. we carefully select high-quality steel and aluminum, choosing the most suitable raw materials and treatments for each project based on the production cycle and the aesthetic and functional needs of the design.

For steel components, we use hot-dip or cold-dip galvanizing and primer coating, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. Aluminum products are made from sheets, extrusions, or castings, depending on their intended use and the required characteristics.

All metals – steel, stainless steel and aluminium – are coated with polyester powder.

We offer a wide range of standard RAL colors, with different embossing finishes. When customization with stickers, pad printing, or silkscreen printing is required, the surface is treated with a smooth matte or glossy finish, always respecting technical feasibility and the final quality of the product.

Always attentive to the environment

Metal.Car. has always been committed to environmental sustainability, and in the use of renewable energy to reduce the impact of its production activities. The company uses 100% green energy along the entire supply chain and aims to achieve the total energy self-sufficiency by 2026.

Already in 2018, they were installed 600 solar panels on the roofs of the factories and, thanks to a path of continuous innovation, Metal.Car. will be progressively able to recover and reintroduce excess energy into the grid, actively contributing to a more sustainable future.
