How pipe bending works
Tube bending is a cold process based on controlled plastic deformation. The tube is shaped using three parallel rollers arranged in a triangle: adjusting the central roller achieves the desired radius.
The process allows for the bending of round, square, or rectangular tubes and profiles while maintaining precise control over the final shape. CNC control ensures continuity from one piece to the next and allows for single bends, multiple sequences, and complex geometries, even with variable thicknesses.
CNC bending allows you to handle different materials, achieve consistent radii, create complex curves and produce small or large series uniformly.
