Powder coating is an electrostatic process based on the attraction between a positive and negative charge. The gun nozzle positively charges the powder, while the workpiece is grounded with an opposite charge: this attracts the particles and deposits them evenly on the surface.

Once applied, the powder is polymerized in an oven, fusing and creating a durable, compact, and flawless coating. This process ensures excellent adhesion, high mechanical performance, and excellent durability, both indoors and outdoors.
