Depending on your use of the site, we may process:

4) Methods of treatment

Processing is carried out using IT and organizational tools suitable for ensuring data security, integrity, and confidentiality, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency.

5) Provision of data

The provision of data for contact/quote requests or applications is optional, but any refusal may make it impossible to manage the request or application.

6) Data recipients

The data may be processed by:

  • authorized Metal.Car. personnel;

  • suppliers acting as data controllers (e.g. hosting providers, email services, IT maintenance personnel, any suppliers of technical tools for the site).
    The updated list of those responsible can be requested by writing to commerciale@metalcar.it.

7) Transfer of data outside the EEA

If services with servers or subcontractors outside the European Economic Area are used, the transfer (if any) will take place in compliance with the GDPR, through appropriate guarantees (e.g. adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses).

  • Contact/quote requests: up to 24 months (except for further relationships/obligations);

  • applications/CVs: up to 12 months;

  • technical and security logs: for the time strictly necessary (normally up to 6–12 months, according to configurations and technical/legal obligations);

  • administrative/accounting data: for the time required by law.
