Description
Among the vineyards of the San Licerio hill in Guarene, in the province of Cuneo, the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation presents a contemporary art project by young, internationally renowned artists.
In particular, Metal.Car. was responsible for the creation of three different large-scale sculptures, commissioned by Canadian artist Paul Kneale.
The work represents three different fences created through a laser cutting process of Corten metal.
The installations are inspired by his “collection” of photos taken with an iPhone that point to the complex theme of borders, inspired by the communication of our times which, thanks to the internet, no longer has limits, in a world made of real walls and imaginary borders.
